Create a Plan Upgrade Existing Plan
The minimum amount to open with is $100 in the Summer, and $200 during the Fall & Spring.

Please Note:

  • Upgrades to a maximum $1,100 billable plan will only be processed if your Student Account is in good standing.
  • Downgrades are only processed during the first 3 weeks of the semester. Sufficient balances must be available to complete the downgrade to a lower available plan amount.
  • Refunds for unused balances will be issued to your Student Account after October 15, for the Fall Semester and March 15 for the Spring Semester.

I authorize Stony Brook University to apply any of my title IV funds (financial aid) to charges in addition to the regular institutional charges on my student account. This authorization is valid for only the term or period of enrollment.
